TAGADAM Partner & Co-Founder, Orly is a writer and member of the SMO.co.il professional team.
Prior to TAGADAM Orly Was the director of Nirox Web Innovation Co. SEM (Search Engine Marketing) department and had six years of impressive experience in Web business. she has worked as an Internet consultant for private companies and has already launched two successful Internet ventures.
Among other things Orly holds a B.A. in Sociology & Anthropology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and studied for a Masters degree in Information Management at Haifa University.

Tzvika Avnery-
TAGADAM Partner & Co-Founder, Tzvika is a member of the SMO.co.il professional team as well.
Prior to TAGADAM Tzvika Was the director of Marketing & Business Development at TENS SEO Co. (Search Engine Optimization). As a senior SEO analyst Tzvika conducted R&D on SMO (Social Media Optimization) & Web.2 projects and wrote a popular personal culm on web marketing issues in the “The marker” financial web site. 
Among other things Tzvika holds a Bsc in life Science & Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
